Our Story

After years of placing gaming professionals across three continents and helping studios scale, I kept seeing the same pattern: companies that hired brilliantly at 20 people watched everything break at 100. The problem was never bad people—it was systems built on gut feelings and HR practices borrowed from industries that looked nothing like theirs.

That's why I built Yalin Consulting. We bring Industrial-Organizational Psychology to gaming studios, SaaS companies, and Web3 teams—industries where context matters and generic advice falls flat.

Based in Istanbul, working globally across Europe and Asia-Pacific. We focus on three things: hiring systems that actually predict performance, learning programs that change behavior, and organizational strategies built on evidence. No templates.
