Our Team
At the core of YALIN Consulting is Anıl Yalın, a seasoned expert with nearly a decade of experience in workplace dynamics. He earned his BA from Koç University, specializing in Gamification and Workplace Assessments, and further solidified his expertise with an MSc in Industrial & Organizational Psychiatry & Psychology from King’s College London
His career spans diverse industries and global markets, including pivotal roles in Insider’s expansion into APAC & EU, becoming Turkey’s first software unicorn, built a Web3 team, and led IO Interactive in establishing its presence in Turkey, bringing AAA game production to the region for the first time.
